    the global snacking business, pladis and their McVitie’s & Mind partnership

    ●In 2017, pladis signed the Time to Change pledge, committing the business to breaking down the stigma of mental health in the workplace

    ​

    ●Over 120 incredibly passionate Mental Health & Wellbeing Ambassadors put their hands up to support the commitment

     

    ●A fully integrated plan was quickly developed that sought to create an environment that would support 5,000 colleagues across the UK in tougher times and also promote positive mental fitness

     

    ●Using all the resources at hand, the business got fully behind the initiative implementing a integrated plan from setting the tone from the top right through the organisation

     

    ●This then paved the way for an unprecedented partnership between McVitie’s and Mind, reaching 60 million people across the UK. The ‘Let’s Talk’ campaign encouraged conversations over a simple cup of tea and a biscuit across the country to help boost our wellbeing
